The 165,000 square foot CitySquare Office Center is located in the heart of downtown Wausau. Spanning a full city block, it offers professional space complete with modern culture and amenities to help attract and retain your workforce. Built in 1976 and designed by Childs & Smith, CitySquare portrays the resurgent Brutalism architectural style with its dynamic, geometric style and copious amounts of concrete build.

CitySquare Office Center recently underwent a dramatic renovation, breathing new life into the 37 year old building. The first phase of updates centered on the lobby, while the second round focused on tenant/employee amenities including a new kitchen, gym, bike storage, and increased natural light.

About Compass Properties

CitySquare Office Center is owned and by Compass Properties. Compass Properties is a privately held, Wisconsin-based company that develops, manages, and invests in commercial properties primarily in Madison, Milwaukee, and Central Wisconsin. Founded by the Noel family, we care about the communities in which we do business and it shows through our collaborative, value-based business approach.

Our Wausau and Central Wisconsin properties are managed by Mark Craig, a well known and respected ambassador for Wausau’s business community who was recently named as one of Wausau’s People of the Year.   Mark’s office is on-site and he is supported by a team of people with over 70 years of combined management experience.
