CitySquare Office Center installs Ionization System to Help Fight COVID 19

Change is in the air at CitySquare Office Center in downtown Wausau and it just may help tenants, employees and visitors breathe a little easier while avoiding the COVID-19 virus. Compass Properties, a Wisconsin commercial real estate management and development company that owns and manages CitySquare, recently installed a state-of-the-art, needlepoint bipolar ionization (NPBI®) system to help protect those inside the building from contracting the COVID-19 virus.  NPBI produces positive and negative ions that attach to particles and pathogens, such as the coronavirus, making them easier to filter and destroy. Compass Properties Prepares CitySquare, Other Office Buildings for Re-Entry After COVID-19

As Wausau-area and other Wisconsin businesses prepare for a return to the workplace, Compass Properties Vice President Todd Greenwald provides an update on how the company’s plans to help tenants get back to work safely and adapt to the evolving regulatory requirements. Question:  What are the key considerations for re-opening your office buildings?
